Usage: 
php headlines.php <<type>>
	where type is as defined in stnmap.tcl: river, stp, wsfcst, special
Example_1: php headlines.php river

Note: Headline files should be of format: headline_stp_20101001_20101010.txt
where "stp" is the type describe above.

Special Option:
To use the "special" option for specific headlines for a certain page.
Modify the corresponding map.js file that has the argument call to the headlines program.
